II. Content Guidelines

When creators are respected and recognized, creativity thrives. Therefore, the content shared on Entertherealm.io, including minted NFT creations, interactions with community members, and profile details such as username, must always:
respect other individuals,
respect intellectual property,
comply with applicable laws.
A. Respect Other People
To maintain a safe and respectful community environment, do not share the following on entertherealm.io:
1. Hateful, harassing, threatening, or deceptive content or conduct
Language or actions intended to harass, threaten, express hatred toward, or deceive any person or group are prohibited, including:
Direct or indirect threats, inciting violence, doxxing, or stalking
Bullying, slurs, or disparaging others (constructive critique is acceptable; insulting or mocking is not).

Imagery or symbols representing hatred toward any person or group (e.g., swastikas).
Content jeopardizing safety or consent of others (e.g., personal information, likeness or images without explicit consent).
Impersonation of any person, group, business, entity, or brand is strictly prohibited. Accounts, usernames, display names, profile photos, NFTs, or other content appearing to impersonate others or commit scams may be disabled or removed at our discretion.

2. Explicit content
Artistic expression is protected on entertherealm.io, but sexually explicit content is not permitted. Do not mint or promote pornography, exchange suggestive photos, or sell sexual services. Explicit content depicting sexual acts should not be shared.

3. Violent and gory imagery
Explicit imagery, which includes violent and gory content, is strictly prohibited on entertherealm.io.

While artistic expression is respected, any depiction of graphic violence or gore is not allowed.

This includes images or symbols that glorify violence, showcase severe injuries, or depict gruesome scenes. Content that portrays or encourages self-harm, mutilation, or torture is also strictly forbidden.
