Creating an Account

To access specific features and functionalities of the Services, you are required to create an Apex NFT Card (“Account”). During account creation, you will need to provide a username, date of birth, and authentication credentials, which may include a password. Additional information such as a verified email address, verified phone number, or government-issued photo identification may also be requested depending on the resources you wish to access. You agree that all information provided to Apex NFT Card Services will be true, accurate, and current. Apex NFT Card Services reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information you provide in connection with your Enter The Realm Account.

Securing an Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials (e.g., username and password). These credentials should not be shared or disclosed to others, except in cases involving Guardians of Minor Users.

Account Responsibilities and Prohibitions

You acknowledge and agree that you are accountable for any actions taken within your Account and on the Services using your access credentials, regardless of whether those actions were authorized by you. You may only access the Services through your own Account. Selling your Account or access credentials to another User is strictly prohibited. Similarly, purchasing another User’s Account or access credentials is strictly prohibited. However, transferring an Account in connection with the sale of Virtual Content created by that Account, pursuant to a valid written agreement, is permitted.

Compromised Accounts

If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, is insecure, or has been subject to unauthorized use, you must immediately notify Apex NFT Card Services by contacting Apex NFT Card Services Support. If another User requests your password or personal information, you should report them immediately using the “Report Abuse” feature.

Suspension or Termination of an Account

Apex NFT Card Services reserves the right to take necessary actions, including suspension or termination of Accounts, to ensure the security and integrity of the Services and to protect Users. Any breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of the Account and forfeiture of any associated Virtual Content.
